Refund policy

MERCED VERBENA LLC items cannot be returned for cash refund. You may return UNWORN, UNUSED, UNOPENED, NEW items within 7 days of delivery for store credit or equal exchange. We will only pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item ( if we are not at fault ), please allow 5-10 business days for us to receive, process, and respond to your exchange. Exchanges after 7 Business days of delivery will not be allowed.
